K+W Builders, Inc. has been serving the Duluth and surrounding communities since 2004. Prior to 2004 Shawn was a co-owner in another construction company and has now solely owned K+W Builders since 2012.

Shawn personally has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing his expertise and passion to every project. Along with his team, they have over 50 years of experience in remodeling residential homes.

Shawn’s commitment to quality starts with his education. He graduated from Lake Superior College’s Building Construction program and stays at the forefront of his field by attending continuing education courses every year. This ensures that K+W Builders uses the latest trends and techniques to deliver the best results for their clients.
